Shipping Policy

All orders placed on our Shopify store are fulfilled and shipped by our print-on-demand partner, Printify, and its network of production and shipping facilities.

1. Processing Time

After the 24-hour cancellation window closes, orders are sent to production. Production time typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the product and current order volumes, before the order is handed over to a shipping carrier.

2. Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch for most domestic orders, depending on your location and courier serviceability. For certain remote locations, international orders, or items fulfilled from an overseas production facility, delivery timelines may vary and will be marked as

"Not Applicable / Varies by Location" (N/A) at checkout or on the order confirmation, where a fixed estimate cannot be guaranteed.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on product type, quantity, and delivery location, and are displayed clearly before payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number and courier details, wherever tracking is available from the shipping partner.

5. Delays

While we and our fulfilment partner make every effort to meet estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, courier network issues, natural events, customs (for any international shipments), or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Payment Methods

We currently accept payments via our secure payment gateway partner, PayU, which supports major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.

Note for you:

Cash on Delivery (COD) is generally not offered by print-on-demand businesses fulfilled through Printify, since orders are produced and shipped by third-party facilities (often on tight, automated production lines) rather than held in your own inventory — most POD sellers cannot safely accept COD. If PayU insists a COD option must be visibly present at checkout, you have two realistic options: (1) contact your PayU relationship manager (Prerna Gaur) and explain that your business model is print-on-demand via Printify and COD is not operationally feasible, and ask whether this can be waived, or (2) enable Shopify's manual/COD payment option at checkout with a clear note such as "COD available on select prepaid-equivalent terms" only if you are genuinely able to fulfil it. Do not add a COD button that does not actually work — this can cause customer complaints and PayU compliance issues later.
