Return & Refund Policy

At Digital17Art, all products (T-shirts, mugs, stickers, and other items) are custom-printed on demand specifically for you, per your order, via our print partner Printify. Because each item is individually manufactured after you place your order, our return and refund policy is limited and specific, as set out below, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange

As our products are custom-printed and made-to-order, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference, change of mind, or dislike of the design once printed. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are considered ONLY in the following two situations:

(a) Defective or Damaged Product

If the product you receive is defective — for example, printing errors, damaged material, faulty stitching, a cracked mug, or a damaged sticker — you are eligible for a return, replacement, or refund, subject to our verification.

(b) Wrong Size Sent Due to Our Error

If you ordered a specific size and we (or our printing partner) dispatched the wrong size by mistake, this is our error, and we will exchange the item for the correct size you originally ordered, free of charge.

Important:

If you selected the wrong size yourself at the time of ordering, this is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Please double-check the size chart carefully before placing your order, as we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing errors made by the customer.

2. Return / Exchange Window

You must report a defective product or a wrong size sent by us within 7 days of delivery, by emailing us clear photos of the product (and, for size issues, the size tag) along with your order number.

3. Refund Mode

For verified defective products, we will offer a free reprint/replacement or a full refund, at your preference. For a wrong size sent due to our error, we will exchange the item for the correct size at no additional cost. Where a monetary refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment through our payment gateway, PayU, within 7–10 business days of approval.

4. Not Eligible for Return, Exchange, or Refund

        Wrong size selected by the customer at the time of ordering

        Change of mind, or dislike of the design/colour after receiving a correctly printed product

        Minor colour variation between screen display and printed product (a natural result of printing processes)

        Incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout

        Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or normal wear and tear

5. How to Request a Return/Exchange

Contact us at the email address listed on our Contact Us page with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs. We will review and respond within 48 hours.
